ChatGPT is shameful

so i used gpt to help me make some pages for a site, right? (i can't code and i dont honestly want to), things were going fine until: "It seems like I can’t do more advanced data analysis right now. Please try again later.", i had already done the limit for 4.0 or whatever but i was allowed to keep messaging. the error i got meant that OpenAI blocked Chatgpt from generating code. I remember it could generate stuff for me before, this has honestly demoralised me on that project, and i couldn't do this because i dont pay openai thats already a billion dollar company.

Then it suggested me to make a PISSCORD server, actually terrible.
