RTR has become cluttered due to the excessive number of sub-categories. I'm going to suggest some changes to reduce the number of sub-categories.[v] mnep5 [/v]

| Clans & Groups | General Discussion | Alternatively, move threads to Off Topic | |

Hopefully these changes are brought into effect so the site functions more simply. This leaves RTR with only 9 sub-categories, down from the current 17 that exist.
