Hello users, rtrians, whatever. As i've been promoted to RTR's new admin.
I'll discuss my policies and how i will run the forums for the forseable future.
Expect me to make replies and such or edit the post if anything comes to mind
1. Advertising. this sounds strange but i may consider advertising RTR on other websites, to gain activity (that 15 quid cant go to waste lol)
2.Guests will return to RTR. No one is currently trying to attack the forums and Guests may bring in users who are testing the waters or hesitant to make a full-on account. Like most of my policies it will be to increase activity.
3. Offsite Deprications, This will probably be my harshest change but any RTR PISSCORD servers or any offsite RTR communities are banned. The Wiki and RT Forums archive will stay, they are official parts of RTR. Also the original RTR server will not be deleted in any capacity, likely i'll just lock it and repurpose the server to be an Updates channel for the forum (outages, etc). This change may be relaxed if the site gains enough activity or if it upsets the community.
4. General Relaxation, The old RTR rules are mainly gone/relaxed. Giving people freedom here encourages their use of the site. and most ppl here wouldn't even break the rules.
