So most of you probably heard about the issue about someone posting illegal content to our forums. We do not tolerate this kind of behavior here and the culprit of the person who did this to begin with will be permanently banned from our website. Atm we're thinking of other punishments to give to the culprits but for now we have things settled atm. The RTR server will be shutdown under further notice however our forums will stay the same but there will be some big changes for the forums and this is going to be what I'll be stating for the future of our forums so stay tuned for that. Here some of the listed changes here.
- The most important one is changing our name, the biggest problem when it came to our forums is how unoriginal it felt and how we were reviving older content. This will no longer be the case considering we invited other people not from the forums.
- Any games related to RTR will be shutdown. I'll ask my friend Overseer if we can make an agreement about him advertising our forums again with our new name.
- Stricter Moderation: considering the stuff that happened we're going to make our moderation more stricter, to prevent illegal and other stuff on the website that can be considered harm for the users.
- RTR's name will be completely banned to stop further talking about the situation. We care about the users here and talking about our previous name might cause more harm than it should be.
- Lastly, anything discussing illegal content will be censored off of our forums to keep the safety of our users.
This will be some of the changes we'll do in the future. The forums aren't going anywhere. There might be some complains about us reviving the forums again after all of this happened if you like to discuss that then that's fine we completely understand and we'll change the ton of things to help to keep this from happening again.
